Parenting an ASD child adds a layer of chaos…I know. I’ve been there.

“We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.”
― Albert Einstein

Parenting an ASD child adds a layer of complexity to life that few people can comprehend…that is unless they’ve lived it, like I have. I get it. Really.

Without being able to “helicopter up” and manage the big picture of life, it’s all too easy to live in a state of internal (and external) chaos that drains your vital energy, leaving you vulnerable to burnout and even worse, health challenges. The more you “white knuckle” it and try to change the behaviour of others, the more time and energy you waste worrying, and putting out fire after fire. Sound familiar?

Your family needs you to be at your best. Sue can help you thrive!

Sue earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the International Coach Academy in Australia, in 2013. She is trained to help you step back and look at the big picture — determine what success will “look like” in your family — and most importantly what this will allow you to be, do or have.

You’ll learn about your strengths and challenges (we all have them!) and how they help or hinder you. She will ask powerful and thought-provoking questions – many that you probably haven’t asked yourself! You will discover your view of world, what inspires you, and what thoughts or ideas are getting in your way.

Sue’s compassionate, yet her “no nonsense” coaching will provide a safe space for you to speak freely, a sounding board for thoughts and ideas, and a platform to challenge you beyond your perceived limitations.

Together, you’ll co-create an action plan to shift your mindset and lead you in the direction of your personal or parenting goals — to overcome the chaos in your life! Sue will accompany you all the way, providing encouragement, resources and support in making decisions. Most importantly, she’ll hold you accountable, and be there at the finish line to help you celebrate your victories!

Sue’s coaching is based on leading-edge research regarding habit change, self-awareness and positive psychology. Are you interested in combining coaching with EFT or “Emotional Freedom Techniques,” the fastest growing form of energy psychology in the world? Click here.

“Coaching with Sue helped me understand how to get “out of my head,” and back into my life – as a woman, and a parent. She asked powerful questions that opened my eyes to new perspectives, and helped me understand myself in a completely new way. I’m much happier and more productive. I would highly recommend Sue as a coach.”
